The Beer Lab was an idea created from our R&D (Research & Drinking) Events at our original location, where we would unleash 7 new beers at a time and experiment with exotic ingredients, fruit, and yeast. Limited by space constraints (storage, seating, taps) it was difficult to bring out new flavors for the guests to experience, especially when our guests were accustomed to their favorite beers and wanting them on a consistent basis.
The creation of the Beer Lab is to bring out experimental beers with taps consistently changing weekly if not daily. A separate space from our restaurant to concentrate on the brewing process and let our inner scientist explore the unlimited flavors of beer.
We have partnered with up and coming beer company, “Brew & Feed Brewing Company” that will be alternating production on our new system to bring you some of their experimental offerings along with some of their brand name food products that complement their beers. Brew & Feed will have one or two taps of their beers ready to serve.
In addition to Beer, Wine, Mead & Cider we will be offering some of the best Bourbon, Scotch & Whiskey there is to offer! We are pet friendly and Food is provided by occasional food trucks Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday and Smokey J’s BBQ Friday & Saturday.
