Cavendish Brewing Company is the first brewery located in the city of Gastonia, North Carolina, opening its doors on April 22nd, 2017. Specializing in Old World beers, particularly ones not currently featured by many small American breweries, Cavendish Brewing combines an extensive knowledge of historical beer recipes with modern brewing techniques.
